How booking works
- 1Send us your dates, guest numbers and what you have in mind.
- 2We check the property, the rules and whether we can stage it.
- 3You receive an itemised quote: what is included, what it costs, and what is not included.
- 4Nothing is charged until you accept the quote. Once you have, we confirm your booking.
Cancellation & rescheduling
The cancellation and rescheduling terms is being confirmed. Ask us and we will tell you exactly where it stands before you commit.
Questions
- Can the setup be a surprise?
- Tell us in the enquiry and we will arrange the timing with you directly. We confirm this per booking rather than promising it as standard.
- Is the pool private?
- It depends on the accommodation you choose. Each unit states whether the pool and other areas are exclusive to you or shared, and we will confirm it on your quote.
